Timothy Arzt

Biography

Connecticut native Timothy Arzt is known for his superbly detailed paintings, which are represented in a number of prestigious galleries throughout the United States. His work demonstrates a depth of understanding of the natural world through his use of a rich earthy palette. Timothy studied art at University of Connecticut, Storrs, and received his MFA from University of Pennsylvania. He later taught at both of his alma maters. Over the years he has had solo shows at Fischbach Gallery in NY and Hackett Freedman Gallery in San Francisco, as well as many others. His work also appears in many public, corporate, and private collections throughout the world.
