Warren Cullar

Biography

Warren Cullar has been involved in art his entire life. Starting as a commercial artist, then becoming a college instructor and for the last 28 years, a professional artist. “I paint because I love color.”

Cullar passionate about painting and insists that color should have taste. His subjects are from life – from the flowers on the dining room table to the jazz trio at last weekend’s concert. “I paint a variety of ideas by abstracting the design elements, concentrating on the colors and their relationships. After I sign a painting, my work is complete and now it’s your turn to feel the color and enjoy the subjects based on your experiences.”
