Nolan Winkler

Biography

Nolan was born in Berkeley, California and was raised in the Los Angeles area. She left Southern California in 1980 for New Mexico, and continues to live there today. Nolan spends her time painting, drawing and making monotypes and prints. She has traveled and taken workshops in France and Italy, which she feels has expedited her art maturity. Her works are mostly of natural subjects and her brushstroke is of extreme importance during the creative process.
