Biography
Parisian born artist Valerie Delmas was attracted to art from a very early age. Entirely self taught she has been developing her own unique style over the years and has progressed from water colour to oil and then to acrylic on canvas the favourite medium for her most recent paintings. Valerie frequently works in the open air outside her rural farmhouse in the south of France and is inspired by the rich, warm colours of the landscape surrounding her which she uses to brilliant effect in her dramatic portrayals of African Masai warriors. Today the work of Valerie Delmas is receiving international acclaim and has been exhibited in various galleries in France and Germany.
