Eli Adams

Biography

Eli began his career as a freelance illustrator working mainly for children’s magazines, greeting card companies, and educational publishers. After ten years, his work no longer satisfied him and he began seeking other options, not just artistic, but whole different ways of marketing his work. This eventually led him to posters and licensing. Eli hopes to develop his own publishing company in the future.

“I love design and composition, which makes posters ideal. I have always been drawn to the images and styles from the past. Once I stumbled on the notion of doing prints and posters in the styles of the mid-20th century, Art Deco, Cubism, and the Arts and Crafts Movement, I realized I had found the perfect fit. I have never done work that is more rewarding or close to my artistic ideals.”
