Biography
Marcus Brendino was born in Verona, Italy, into a family of art enthusiasts. His parents managed a small village shop, where they exhibited and sold the diverse arts and crafts of dozens of local artisans. His three older siblings were drawn to woodworking and furniture design, but Marcus soon realized that he was most comfortable with a paintbrush in his hand, and found unlimited inspiration in the countryside that surrounded him. His natural artistic abilities were fine-tuned by his formal studies, which led him to earn his MFA in nearby Milan. He ultimately returned to Verona though, where he lives and works today, painting what he loves the most -- the scenery of his beloved homeland. Best know simply as Brendino, his paintings have been featured in galleries throughout the world and have become a favorite of numerous private collectors.
